Pepprio built its own AI agent and MCP server (Model Context Protocol, the open standard that connects an AI assistant to tools). With your consent, it connects to your tablet, POS, delivery platforms and history to analyse your menus, orders and prices, and suggest concrete improvements.

Prices adjusted at the right time
The agent tracks the price history of every dish: when you raised or lowered a price, and the effect on sales. It cross-checks this with events and time slots to show when your restaurant is profitable or not, and suggests price and menu adjustments.
For everyone, GDPR-compliant
From independents to large brands
The same agent serves an independent restaurant and a brand with dozens of locations, with analysis per brand and per site. It only accesses the data of the restaurant that authorises it and processes it in line with the GDPR.
