Pepprio's multi-tenant architecture (Platform + Application + Organisation) was designed for virtual brands from day one. You launch a new brand on Uber Eats — burgers, healthy bowls, desserts — without spinning up a second infrastructure: same kitchen, same staff, same tablet, but separate order flow, menus, prices and analytics.
Several brands, one kitchen
Each brand has its own logo, its own Uber and Deliveroo accounts, its own customer-facing page. You can serve five brands the same evening: orders land on the same kitchen tablet, and every ticket clearly tells the cook which brand it's for.
Multi-screen KDS
Each ticket can be routed to the right kitchen screen (cold / hot / dessert) or to the dedicated screen for a virtual brand. Prep times are measured per brand — you quickly spot the one dragging down overall throughput.
Per-brand analytics
Revenue, average basket, dispute rate, top items: everything broken down by virtual brand. You see which brand deserves more marketing and which to shut down, without cobbling together a Google Sheet.
